The Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning in a public notice dated 7th May 2021 announced that the Sectional Properties Act (Act. No 21 of 2020) was enacted into law on 11th December 2020.[i] This is a 95% re-enactment of the repealed Sectional Properties Act of 1987.
